"Charlie called when he was on his way and was on time. He thoroughly inspected the washer and ran a cycle. The problem did not reoccur, so he recommended no repairs at this time. I was impressed that he made sure I knew what he was doing and why. He suggested I may need some minor maintenance if it happens again.
